When I needed to find/ a home couple to work in my house near Madrid, I decided not to risk it and contact the already proven household staff agency https://24householdstaff.com/en/... where I was provided with workers within 2 days, they they know many languages, including Russian, which I really liked. I recommend hiring employees through these agents if you don't want problems.
