What's your home office setup like? Any tips or recommendations for creating a productive and comfortable space?

Whenever I work from home I try to tidy up the space I am going to work in, to keep distractions away as much possible. Also, noise cancellation earphones help to reduce any external sounds.

A height-adjustable desk, good chair, screen and natural light are must-haves for me. I also have lots of plants, a small whiteboard and a large calendar for the office feeling and a creative working environment.
