    Have you had complications by implementing a design system too early in your product environment?

    I have seen opinions that if a product still does not work as intended, it is better to start with basic UI guidelines instead of a complex Design System. And when the product satisfies or reaches the value proposition, it is time to create a Design System. What do you think?

    Jumped the gun on a design system once. Felt like overkill for the stage we were at, but streamlined the dev process later on. Worth it.
