It hasn't been smooth sailing for me from the start, but I'm trying to get tasks done without sounding bossy to my teammates. There are times when they miss the mark or cause some delay, but I appreciate their effort in correcting their mistakes. I also take full responsibility for that. We're a team, their mistake is mine too. Don't get me wrong, I also commit one, but I own and learn from them.
