Hey PH Community! 👋 I’m Halyna, CEO and founder of Rainex and GetLeads. Soon we are launching our new feature for lead generation and cold outreach, and it is integrated into our billing platform. This pivot came from the realization that before you can collect payments, you need to find clients first! 🚀 I’d love to know—have you ever pivoted your product to tackle new challenges? Did it work out for you? Let’s chat and exchange insights! 😊

Absolutely, pivoting based on user feedback is key to building a successful product. We had to overhaul our entire UX when we realized users were confused. It was a ton of work but retention improved dramatically. Scary at first but totally worth it in the end!

Yes! We shifted from a general app to a niche solution based on user feedback. It was scary at first, but it ended up doubling our user base.

Absolutely! We had to pivot our product after realizing our initial target market wasn’t responding. Shifting our focus helped us find a more engaged audience!
