Not yet, but I’m considering it! A Slack or website community sounds like a great way to connect with users.

Yes! https://aicado.ai/community I think, it is important that people can reach you from the platforms they feel most comfortable with!
We created a community for our product on Slack and it's been super helpful for getting quick feedback and ideas from engaged users.Definitely recommend it 🙂
I mostly use Intercom, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram.
@thina_samin Haven't used Intercom
Yes, I will create a community in Tanka!
@tankachat Great idea.
Reddit has been a fantastic platform for reaching my B2C audience. It's a natural fit since so many of my customers are already active users. 🙂🙂🙂
We've built a thriving community on Slack where our users can interact directly with us. This has proven invaluable for gathering quick feedback and generating innovative ideas. 🥰🥰🥰
@sheldon_grizzard Exceptional.
@sheldon_grizzard Would love to join it.
Pinterest and Reddit have been valuable resources for gathering feedback on our product. While we haven't seen a significant influx of customers through these communities, the insights we've gained from our audience have been instrumental in refining our product. 🙂🙂
@aslam_raza Not sure about Pinterest.
We're still in the early stages of building a community, but we've started a forum on our website where users can ask questions and share feedback. ☺☺
@almas_kkhan All the best
I've noticed a lot of product communities using Discord recently.
@maggieeee Do you have any specific product communities on Discord you'd recommend? We've already been exploring a few, and getting direct feedback from PMs has been super valuable. I just want to make sure we’re not overlooking any key groups. Thanks!
Launching soon!
Yes, I've created a community on Facebook, but managing it effectively is indeed a challenge for me. A popular and vibrant community requires continuous and professional operation.
Yes, working on it this week. We've been looking into discord communities too. That may help if there are some for your specific product niche!
No, we have not created one yet. But we have plans to create one for our audience.
@yatheen_brahma On which platform?

Yes, we have created the Feedspace.io community on Slack and recently created on reddit! These platforms allow us to connect with users, share updates, and gather feedback effectively. If you're interested in joining or learning more, feel free to reach out!

Yes, I created a community for my product on Slack. It's been a great way to connect with users, get feedback, and provide support. Having the community on a platform people are already using makes it super convenient for them to engage. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't already!
I use LinkedIn, reddit mostly for the feedback etc
@rayyan_jawed1 LinkedIn is a powerful platform.
