Has investing on the stock market gone from solid investing to speculative gambling?

We're working on a thesis that will hopefully level the playing field for retail investors. But I just realised we've been asking people who are already devout stock-/ and crypto heads potentially warping our data. I'd love to hear your thoughts on how you guys invest and why? If you have 2 minutes we would also be super stoked to collect your 2 pennies in this short survey as well: https://forms.gle/kHsrzmUo2NAs5bHv9 (we're not collecting emails or marketing the product, we genuinely want to make sure we're understanding the pain)

I think because the system has been flooded with liquidity, people have gravitated towards stories, trends and projects with a grow at all costs mentality without any sound unit economics. I think this is especially true of the PE/VC investment space as well. There just isn't a lot of great value out there and there is a misalignment of incentives.

@oscar_wehbe Interesting point, probably amplified by a long bull-market and easier access to the markets through platforms like Robinhood and Revolout. But wouldn't increased liquidity also mean there would be more cash available for companies to invest more heavily in their growth to be able to create more value?

🤝 Imagine gambling as a negotiation with fate. The better you understand the game, the more favorable your terms. It's like PLG.BET's platform, where you make calculated moves, not blind leaps. Football ⚽, tennis 🎾, esports 🎮 – each is a unique deal. Your account at PLG.BET (https://plg.bet/) is your entrance to these strategic negotiations. Remember, a confident gambler isn't just lucky; they're a master of their choices. 😉

Great post and an exciting topic to discuss! I can see how the stock market can seem like speculative gambling to some people, especially with the rise of day trading and the influence of social media on investment decisions. I prefer to take a more long-term approach to investing and researching before making any decisions. But I understand how it can be overwhelming for retail investors to navigate the stock market and make informed decisions. As for the online casino, I enjoy playing at Casino-Mate https://casino-mate-australia.com/ as a form of entertainment and a way to unwind. I would love to hear more about your thesis and how you plan to level the playing field for retail investors.

Interesting article. I also considered investing in the stock market, but more and more often I notice that it is better to play in casinos :)) There are more chances to earn and bonuses are good now, especially in intense casino , so I will better play here than on investments.
