Has artificial intelligence improved your work efficiency?

I like to let AI optimize when it comes to tweaking some details or phrasing, but AI doesn't perform well enough in terms of creativity and uniqueness when generating content. Adjusting the AI-generated results takes longer than if I were to create something from scratch myself.
