Has anyone built a Community on Whatsapp? How's your experience so far?

I would like to see a few improvements on Communities - Whatsapp. 
1. Community members' ability to react to messages sent by the admin
2. Community members' ability to reply to the messages directly on the community 
3. A knowledge base on how exactly the Whatsapp community work

Yes, @mauro_baldoni It's very much like Telegram. But Telegram is better in terms of its features. We'll have to give Whatsapp some time though.
