This sounds interesting, but I have a few questions. How reliable is the automated support? And what happens if a customer request is too complex for the AI to handle? Will a support rep still be available to help?

@konok_nazmul Yes AI should handle the complex queries if trained properly with the data and q&a. Also we are planning to bring on a feature where the customer can anytime push the request to the support rep.
