I'll go with a basic one for the first comment: Goals Clarity.

In steps:
1. Remember your current main global goal. (Get users? Launch? Mkt campaing?)
2. Write down current week goal. 
3. Daily, EOD, write what you need to do tomorrow. 
4. Daily, Morning. With Fresh mind, See today's plan, adjust/pivot, continue.

Oh. and enjoy the ride. :)

And answering the question:
I'm not quite proud of these week progress. It was a messy week with unplanned work coming up a lot.
Next week: Try not to ramble a lot.
