Hey folks! 👋 I’m a co-founder at Accord, and like everyone else doing some reflection on everything we learned & accomplished last year :) In 2021, we launched on PH and went from 0 paying customers to signing our first 50+, hired our founding team, and a bunch of other fun stuff. As a first-time founder, I learned a TON... Here are a few lessons that made a big impact (and I’d love to hear yours!): - You really don't know how people will react to your product until you're actually in the market, no matter how much of an expert you are - It's so important to set ambitious long-term goals as a map for prioritizing the right things (and you don’t need to know how you’re going to accomplish these goals yet!) - Plant seeds and invest in relationships early; find other givers and give back to them Cheers to more learning & growth in 2022! What are some of the biggest things you learned last year?

Always pay your freelancers as soon as they send their invoice. No questions asked. They do great work, so why make them struggle?
