After you've launched your MVP, how are you keeping a score of your Product Market Fit. Do you manually send out user interviews, feedback and surveys and track your progress? 🤔

For me PMF is more about users acceptance of the product and his willingness to pay. right now i do surveys on sheet/forms

Tracking your PMF through churn rate and paid rate is a solid approach. I also look at customer referral rates and NPS scores to gauge product/market fit. Ultimately the key is closely monitoring user engagement and being hyper-responsive to their feedback to keep iterating toward that elusive PMF.
