As a new user, I found quite a few launching websites has been over saturated with paid promotions. I wish there are themed events where people can try different products in different categories weekly and have a community discussion.

Yes, most of the discussions posted every day only have single-digit upvotes and replies, and it feels like there are a lot fewer people here now.
