Sometimes. But I also sometimes take vacation during my work (IE: randomly taking off in the middle of a weekday to do something with family).

@bryanmcanulty yeah, l also like taking short times off - often enough for a quick recharge and contunie working afresh

    Mostly "workcations" 😏

@sentry_co l can relate, nevertheless l feel its sometimes beneficial to cut yourself from digital world for a short while. Do you?
    André J
@nevemind_com It's just too fun. I rather inject vacation time into everyday. Instead of bulking it into one long time slot. I dunno. I need air in my days more than living like a king for A week or two per year. I think most people don't or can't add enough air into their regular days and burnout, get depressed etc, So I solve for that. This is me tho. Your milage may vary :D
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@sentry_co it's individual, indeed. I give my days some air toovwhen l need, but l prefer working in long sprints till milestone is reached. 1.5 years of crazy schedule and 2 months of Word explorations ans chill. I won't be able doing it though if our startup is up and running, so strategy needs to be changed
    André J
@nevemind_com Your startup is like a baby. They require a lot of your time at the start. Later you're less important. And can chill more.

When I take a vacation, I usually make a point not to work. It's important to unwind, relax, and recharge. However, I do indulge in some leisure activities that can also be profitable, like playing casino games (visit Crypto-casinos.com to find reviews of casinos). It's not just about fun, having a strategy in place can actually make it a rewarding hobby.

Becomes something that you cannot avoid if priority comes. Especially if the work involves something that you are building from ground up (atleast the case with me). Especially with the launch coming up it often becomes necessary to often times delay theses vacations. We have our launch coming up on 17th August and have been tirelessly working on the product and reaching out to people on social handles to gather support for the launch. Would love to get some support from you. Please follow our product SayData to get notified about the launch. We would appreciate your reviews and support on the launch day!

@abhinay_kumar8 Yes, it's difficult to take any time off when you are accountable and have questions to address from your team without a delay. And you definitely can count on my support. Good luck!

@nevemind_com We have launched our product today and would appreciate you trying it out and sharing your reviews if not done already. We are currently #1 on product page (SayData)

I try not to work, otherwise, the meaning of the vacation is lost. But, unfortunately, sometimes I can spend half a day working.

@nickanisimov l feel your pain. Nevertheless, gaving some rest is better than none, so to achieve our goals sacrifice is required sometimes

I looove this question, and I bet my GF and family do also 😂 2 years ago I would say yes, but then I went to Fl for a week and worked about 2-3 hrs each morning, which seemed like a reasonable idea, hey turns out it's not, at least not for me. I came home from that trip drained and disappointed, and promised myself that I wouldn't work during future trips. Entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint, there is a time and place for crazy work behavior in this industry, but if that's the phase of your company, and you don't have a team that can hold down the fort then save your time and money for a future trip when you can dedicate the time to relaxing and rechanging 😁
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@fam_socialfinance Somebody came up with the concept of vacation and l bet not without a reason. Dedicating time every single day for work can give you some sense of accomplishment but l often feel myself being neither efficient with work neither rested. Everyone should feel what their body and mind needs to make you achieve your goals. You need rest - take time off, you feel better if you mix your work with rest because of catching up anxiety - mix, but then don't regret if you aren't feel rested.

Always. I don't know what to do in vacation instead of work -_- lmao
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@mailywizard Haha, so what's the difference for you then? Work from home vs work from the beach? :)
    Yevhen Melnychenko
@nevemind_com It's more like Work from home vs Work from home :D the only difference is that I don't have work meets
    emma walker
Actually, I do not work, for me rest is sacred and I finally do what I want - I can play computer games for 4-5 hours my favorite is korean one called 로즈카지노 or just lie in bed all day
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@emma_walker7 lt's a good strategy if it works for you. Do what you need to get recharged.
    Yes, almost every vacation)
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@serhii_uspenskyi Same here, it's all a matter of choice and priorities
@nevemind_com sure, I just have some tasks I can't delegete..

Sometimes when studying/work becomes stressful or overwhelming, I take a short vacation in the thick of it, and tend to work maybe 3/4 hours a day over the weekend. The change of scenery and pace helps me recenter myself, and cope with the stress better :)
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@aditi_rao1 Yes, quick recharges are quite effective. l also notice that just taking time off without explicit plan is less efficient than getting somewhere away, like scenery change, some activity, getting together. etc.
    Tyler Loyd
No, I don't. Until and unless it is an extremely important task.
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@amir_sohail9 Glad you maintain this balance. Proper rest is a proven way to gain efficiency on the return.
I plan ahead to decide if it's going to be a workation (a mix of work and vacation) or a pure leisure escape. It's all about setting those boundaries and keeping my workaholic tendencies in check.
    Elizabeth Tishchenko
@akanksha_hunts yeah, many of us have those tendencies ;)
