Do you use external usability testing platforms? If yes, which ones?

We are about to run our 7th round of usability testing and have been using Maze and Lookback which works great, but I was wondering if there is anything else out there that you guys can recommend.

Check out Userlytics, especially if you need European users. I've also used dscout extensively. The nice thing about dscout is that you can get video responses to your screener, which helps you determine which respondents fit your ICP or might have especially interesting insights.

For usability insights, I have using Hotjar. Although it's primarily a behavior tracking tool, it provides us with valuable context into how users engage with our website.
