We use 'custdev' at important moments - hypothesis validation, change implementation, customer service and sales team performance evaluation. The interview session does not take place regularly, but we collect 10-15 conversations at a minimum

We definitely use CusDev interviews. We recently conducted 30 interviews for a new startup. It greatly helped us to transform our vision of the product.
