@ozgumusbusra Which one did you use?

Yes, but just a simple one i built myself. It's just a modal where you can give some text feedback, tell us how much you like it with 0-5 stars and a yes/no question if it's ok to contact you in case we have some questions about the feedback. That's it! When the user hits send an email is sent to our inbox with all the info they put in, and when i hit the "Reply" button i can directly reply to the email the user signed up with. I looked at your okfeedback.io, and some other services that do similar things. But i came to the conclusion that i will start out with my thing, and then i might upgrade. It looks really nice though!! So congrats on getting it out there. Obligatory self promotion: We'll be launching on August 9th. First 10 users get 100% off and everyone coming from PH will get 20% off. Would love your support! (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)

@moritztomasi Thanks for checking out OkFeedback It's great you built your own simple feedback modal - getting user insights flowing quickly is so important. As you grow, I'd love to show you how our widgets can help you level up beyond just reviews and ratings. Features like screenshot annotations, screen recordings, and surveys let you collect visual feedback and probe user motivations. For example, users can draw directly on screenshots to show you bugs or UX issues. This helps teams prioritize what to fix. Surveys give you customizable questions to uncover why they act in certain ways. We handle all the UI and functionality so you can embed feedback touchpoints in minutes. And aggregate responses into an easy-to-analyze dashboard, saving engineering time. Whether you eventually want to upgrade, integrate with your tool, or just compare notes - I'm happy to chat. Scaling feedback collection and leveraging insights effectively can be tricky, so always down to bounce ideas around. Let me know if you ever want a walkthrough of OkFeedback And best of luck for the launch
