Do you turn on cam or off in Zoom meeting?

In this era of WFH, most meetings are held online. How do you find turning on cam during meeting, does it affect team's morale, productivity in any way? And vice versa.

On if it's a multi-person meeting, off (usually) for casual one on ones, or a mix depending on what people are comfortable with. But definitely on anytime I need everyone lively and engaged

We all have a session on every Friday where every single employee has to participate and keep the camera on. It is a kind of fun session

@jonathan_prime we do have that too on Thursday where people host Kahoot session! And we also turn on cams for every scrum in the morning
