I'm talking about providing user-curated onboarding tours, how-to guides, FAQ's and a resource centre. To feel more engaged, the curations must also focus on the user's day-to-day roles.
Do you also believe that users quickly lose interest if either of the above isn't provided?

In many cases, users simply won't use your product if they don't have information about what they are about to get into.

It's like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without the instructions - users might end up with extra pieces! Providing guidance upfront is key to keeping their interest from fizzling out faster than an unstable startup in a volatile market.
