Customer testimonials and reviews on your website add credibility to your brand, but only if you’re displaying them and using them to your advantage.
@elena_cirera I do not trust testimonials. Now what is incredibly effective are “ focus groups”. Now those are incredibly effective. FYI, from Georgetown School of Foreign Service and a graduate MBA from NYU (Steen combined with Tisch film school) both arguably the best in the respective fields. I doubts any single web developer her haas the funds for detailed focus groups. Hey, everyone does what they can
@guidomia11 I am not agreed with you. It is proven through many studies that customer testimonials help increase brand credibility.
@elena_cirera testimonials can be a function of marketing which is the proper way to create a brand, but they in no way can increase credibility. FYI, the majority of the world enjoys the credibility of Apple, but they do not use testimonials in their marketing. Customer support, branding, the actual product, innovation: those are what drives that brand and exorbitant pricing.
@elena_cirera i guess beta testing can be a “focus groups”.
