@richard_gao2 We'll have clients using ai to write emails, businesses using ai to reply to those emails.  At some point when do we eliminate the humans entirely. 🤣

I think current email software will evolve with the presence of text generation AI. So they'll mostly improve by writing emails for users or allowing for advanced auto-response programs.

There's actually many text generation AI that you can access via web API without much knowledge in machine learning (I'm building one at the moment), so it'll probably accelerate the development of these apps.
