Canva, Midjourney, and similar others are excellent tools but they wont kick designers out of job, for sure. I see all AI tools as fancy assistants doing all the boring stuff. These tools will free up designers from boring work and let them focus on complex design problems. What are your thoughts?

No, AI is a tool and will only eliminate people who don’t know how to use the tool.

I do not think so, I believe it would be only a supporter for some beginners or to people who do not work in that field but eventually need to use such tools

I see AI as a tool, not a replacement. Designers still drive strategy.

Instead of replacing designers, AI is democratizing design foundations while elevating the ceiling of what's possible. Smart designers are using AI to handle the basic stuff so they can push creative boundaries further.

In my opinion, AI can handle the technical aspects of design, but the heart and emotion in designs come from real artists.

AI tools like Canva and MidJourney are enhancing the design process by automating repetitive tasks and generating creative options, but they are unlikely to fully replace traditional designers. Human creativity, intuition, and emotional connection remain essential in crafting impactful designs that resonate with audiences

They're more like advanced assistants than replacements. Human bring unique creativity, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills that AI can't replicate.

From my experience, AI tools like Canva and MidJourney are amazing for quick designs and can definitely streamline certain tasks, but they’re unlikely to fully replace traditional designers. While AI can handle repetitive or simple designs, the creativity, problem-solving, and personalized touch that designers bring to the table are irreplaceable. AI can be a great tool for enhancing the design process, but human designers will still be essential for more complex, custom work and truly unique creations.

Those are just tools like Illustrator and Photoshop. Grammarly hasn't kicked out the copywritres. Canva has been around for ages. If you are worried I actuaaly talked about this with Kevin, a founder of strategy consultancy Plan.London you can check out our interview here: https://youtu.be/So3n8AzUrY8?si=...

I believe AI tools like Canva and MidJourney are transforming the design world, but they won't fully replace traditional designers. These tools are great for quick solutions and making design accessible, especially for small businesses. However, human designers bring creativity, intuition, and a deep understanding of branding that AI can't replicate. Design is about storytelling and emotional connection, which requires a human touch. In the future, I see AI and designers collaborating, with AI handling repetitive tasks while designers focus on creative and strategic work. This partnership could lead to even more innovative designs!

AI tools like Canva and MidJourney won’t replace traditional designers, but designers who use AI effectively will outpace those who don’t. These tools are meant to enhance creativity, speed up workflows, and handle repetitive tasks, allowing designers to focus on strategy, innovation, and high-level creative work. It’s not about AI replacing humans—it’s about humans leveraging AI to stay ahead.
