Do you have time for upskilling?

It's clear that upskilling is a huge part of the future of work, and could be a solution to a shrinking talent pool. But how do you make the time to learn new skills in your job? Does your employer give you that time to dedicate to upskilling, or are you forced to do it in your free time?

@mary_sh1 I agree, however it's difficult to find time to learn when so many other things seem much more pressing day-to-day. Does your employer give you the time to develop new skills?
