To tell the truth, I have tried a lot of different sports in my life. I worked out in different gyms, in group classes and personally with a trainer. In fact, I seem to have tried everything. But so far, Pilates is the best option for me, it's very convenient to choose the exercise routine I need and I haven't even wanted to try anything new for a long time.
