In the lat year or so I've brought yoga and other mobility into my daily routine.
It's massively improved my skiing and surfing.
It's enabled me to run with fewer injuries.
It hasn't really helped my cycling, swimming, or rowing.

Not every day, but I try to loosen up before a workout. 😃
Life without yoga for me is just earning to pay hospitals & bills. With yoga, it is blissful and more control on myself.

Not daily (have some rest days) but try to exercise quite intensely at least 4/5 days a week (running-swimming-weight training)

Absolutely, Thomas! I've found that incorporating daily mobility exercises significantly improves my flexibility and reduces the risk of injury, making it an essential part of my routine.
