I didn’t like the idea of someone (something) controlling my life, but in the worst life scenarios, I believe in fate, because it helps me get through difficult days 😌

I believe in free will, because otherwise, who ate all the cookies?)

I think free will is an inconsistent concept. Everything that happens either has a cause or appens by chance. Just think about any decision you think you made by your "free will" - you'll either find a reason (in which case you can track the ultimate cause to an outside event) or not (in which case it was a coincidence caused by random circumstances, your mood etc).

@sanja_micic It's philosophy, actually. One of the most controversially discussed questions throughout history. And very improtant I believe. Worth the time to read and think about

@konrad_sx This feels like advice from a life coach. Nice. :)

To be honest a little bit of both 😁

I believe in free will because it empowers individuals to shape their own destinies through choices and actions. While circumstances and influences play a role in our lives, I think we have the autonomy to decide our paths and make meaningful changes, reflecting our personal values and desires.

@elias_ari Well done! This is beautifully said. You are right about the freedom to decide how our life will flow.
