I heard that most teams either didn't sleep or slept very little.

Little sleep with 2 to 3 hours in the early hours.

2 hours at the end of the launch day, cause my eyes burnt.

It's hard to call it sleep - one eye is trying to sleep, second eye is checking the stats 🤣

I've been launching several times, and every time without sleep, it's only hard in the middle, then a serving (precisely 3 liters) of coffee helps.

Yes, I was sleepy, but in that day dream, I imagined that we became the product of the day, the product of the week, the product of the month, and even the product of the year. 😅

I think it also depends on your timezone! If you are fortunate that the launch at midnight till 4 am is within your day time, it is much easier to handle than if you are in the US and have to work through the night! From what I have read from others who have launched, there is a bit of a quieter period halfway through before the big push in the final few hours!
