Created a website, Need your Advice!

I've created a website for the product I'm launching next month, It's set to go live to the public tomorrow. I'd like to gather feedback from fellow product makers and do some final optimizations before that. I'm not a web dev, just learning by building. One issue that has been highlighted is that the website may experience some lag when viewed on mobile devices. I'm currently brainstorming ways to optimize this problem.
