Connect user profiles across social media networks for marketing purposes

There was a question in one of the Facebook groups I am a member of that really caught my imagination. I don't know if any of you knows a tool, or is currently building one, that is capable of the following: With tens of thousands of social media connections across Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter, we want to automate messages to people with an invite to join our platform but don’t want to message people twice on the same/different network by the same/different co-founder. a) What CRM or similar is capable of automatically fetching connections from Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter (all three), pooling them, removing duplicates to prevent multiple invites, and recording where we’re at in the process with each lead. b) What software is available that can send automated messaging to contacts across all three networks using this kind of CRM? I know that software exists on each of these platforms to do this individually, but I would be curious if there is something out there that is capable of connecting various user's social media profiles across networks and across accounts.
