Tea hands down for me. Coffee gives a quick jolt but I find tea provides a steadier, longer-lasting boost without the jitters or crash. Plus there are so many great varieties to mix it up - green for focus, chamomile to destress, or chai for a treat. I do like a cup of joe occasionally but tea is my productivity go-to!

I personally prefer coffee for boosting productivity. But I try not to overdo it, as too much coffee can make me jittery.
