What’s your experience with building and managing a remote team? What challenges have you faced, and what strategies have helped you overcome them? Do you have any tips for keeping remote teams motivated and aligned?
In our company, we hold a quarterly all-hands sync with updates on all projects, monthly educational meetups across various fields, and a monthly "random drink" call where pairs of employees discuss different topics over a drink. We've also introduced various compensations for equipment and tools to ensure a comfortable remote working experience.
