Building a Community is about?

Building community is always about providing a value and sharing knowledge.

The number of subscribers without a real value is just a number. I have sen 50K and even 100K Twitter accounts with no engagement at all.

Two way help

A good community provides value thanks to the network. You need helpful people connected in ways that allows them to generate valuable insights for one another.

Would probably switch number of followers for engagement. For example, a community with 1000 people where 80% is highly engaged and active provides way more value than 5000 people where just 10% engage with day-to-day activities. Very much tied in to providing value though :).
