Nika - thanks for sharing the list. This is a great list, I've learned a lot from Zero to one (Peter Thiel) and Behind the cloud (Marc Benioff).

This is a fantastic question! For what it's worth if you haven't read it, I recommend checking out "Good to Great" by Jim Collins! This wonderful book presents the findings of a five-year study by a research team. They identified public companies that had achieved consistent success after years of mediocre performance and isolated/identified the factors that differentiated those companies from their lackluster competitors It goes really deep on what differentiates truly great companies and I refer to it often as a tool for what to focus on in my own company! Hope this helps! Looking to add many of these to my list too!

Books that share insights from successful companies can be a valuable resource for anyone looking to learn from others' experiences and apply those lessons to their own business ventures. By examining case studies and real-world examples, you can gain a deeper understanding of what makes successful companies tick, and use that knowledge to inform your own strategies and decision-making.
