Here are my own top-5 tips to improve task management:
1) Make to-do lists. Write down all the tasks you need to complete in a list, and prioritize them based on urgency and importance.
2) Set deadlines. Assign a realistic deadline for each task and try to stick to it.
3) Break tasks into smaller chunks.
4) Try to avoid multitasking. Focus on one task at a time, and avoid switching back and forth between tasks.
5) Pick up an appropriate task management tool to complete all the points mentioned above. The choice of my team is GanttPRO https://ganttpro.com/. We appreciate its powerful Gantt charts, reporting, time management, and collaboration features.

BRAIN DUMP SECTION
idk if it's only me but most task mgmt don't have this or I create another page for it but I prefer every page to has this section.
I think everyone needs this to help them focus on their task, and clear their new ideas or thoughts
I mean others have their brain dump notebooks, right?
@carmela_padasas This is interesting - by brain dump section do you just mean (essentially) a notepad to scribble all your thoughts and ideas? I think this could be an easy addition and helpful too!
@carmela_padasas @paul_vanzandt i use Notepad on windows for this - quick transcriptions/note taking during the day
Prioritization is vital for acknowledging which tasks require immediate attention.
Breaking them down into smaller, manageable steps makes it easier to tackle them.
Setting clear and specific goals helps in maintaining focus.
Utilizing task management tools like to-do lists, or project management software, can help you organize your tasks, set deadlines, and track progress.
And a thing that not many people do – avoid multitasking!
