    I see more and more people starting their productize services like Brett did with Design Joy, what are your thoughts about it? Would you start a business like that or would you use it? 👀

    It's an interesting trend. Creates predictability. Also removes some frictions for the client, less paper work / liabilities etc. Maybe highlight the upsides of this model to customers. As it's new, and not all customers are aware of the benefits. I would definitely use this for some parts of marketing etc.
