    Only you know what you know. Hear everyone but be thoughtful with how you take into account people's feedback. Try to understand why people have told you the things they told you, is there anything more to learn from it than just what they've said. Once you've processed it, objectively decide what you take & what you leave from external advice.
    Always be careful with replying to your customers.
