It's a great SEO improvement tactic to get your business or personal brand off the ground.

I do not have a personal blog, but all of my businesses have a blog section to which I actively contribute as well.

I think blogging has much more help that marketing. I think many founders I know started blogs not for product of self promotion, they just really needed to structure and share own thoughts, to reflect on the new knowlegde and feelings. So blogging is also sort of moral support :)
You bring up a great point! @natella_nuralieva Blogging can be so much more than just marketing. It's a powerful tool for self-reflection, sharing knowledge, and even finding a sense of community. Thanks for highlighting the deeper value of blogging! 🌟

I look at it like a long term approach to drive traffic to your site but ranking takes time so if you want immediate results - better to focus on socials if its one or the other.
@dzaitzow You're absolutely right! Blogging is a long-term strategy that can drive sustained traffic, but it does require time for ranking and building authority. If immediate results are the priority, focusing on social media can be a more effective option. It's all about choosing the strategy that aligns best with your goals and timeline.

It depends on the stage of the business and its type. Creating high-quality content can require a significant amount of time and effort. For example, in the case of early-stage technological startups, there are other ways to build a community around the product, such as actively engaging with potential users in existing communities. We tried both approaches and realised that the second one gave better results, at least in our case.
@mary_rumyantzeva
You made an excellent point! The approach to blogging and content creation can indeed vary depending on the business's stage and type. It's crucial to consider the most effective strategy for your specific situation. Engaging with potential users in existing communities is a valuable alternative, especially for early-stage startups. Thanks for sharing your insights!

hey there sis,
the canvas of blogging offers a genuine space to share, learn, and connect.
it's like having coffee with a curious crowd, exchanging thoughts.
for an entrepreneur, it's a doorway to share the journey, the highs, the lows, and the learnings.
a blog can be a humble mentor to a reader and a gentle learner from the feedback received.
i do share my musings on my blog. it's less about a monologue and more about a dialogue with a growing community.
every post is a page in an open book of entrepreneurial storytelling, waiting for readers to color it with their perspectives.
warm wishes.

@shajedulkarim_ Hello there! What a beautifully expressive message about blogging! You've captured its essence perfectly. Thanks for sharing your perspective, and warm wishes to you too!
I have a blog for my projects, and it's important for SEO.
@sahitya_k I look at a blog as a low-cost long-term investment strategy that will continue to yield results depending on the amount of investment you put in. As an entrepreneur, I would suggest focusing on both long-term and short-term strategies (PPC, FB Ads, etc.) to increase your visibility to your target audience. Best @david_mcanulty
That's a fantastic perspective @david_mcanulty, Viewing a blog as a low-cost, long-term investment is a wise strategy. It's all about the value you create over time. Balancing long-term and short-term strategies Thanks for sharing your insights!

If you mean a personal blog, no. I don't know any entrepreneur who would having the time to put together a personal blog.
But if you mean a business blog then it goes without saying, yes.
@silisolutionist I understand your point. Personal blogs can indeed be time-consuming, and many entrepreneurs may prioritize their business activities. Business blogs, on the other hand, are often seen as valuable investments for brand building and marketing. Thanks for sharing your perspective!
Blogging is a very useful tool. If done right, it becomes an amazing inbound channel. It is a long-term strategy but the patience, hard work and results are worth it.
Blogging is a relatively low-cost and low-risk marketing strategy. Anyone can start a blog, and there are many free and low-cost blogging platforms available.
That's a great point! @masim_beast I also think that's one of the amazing things about blogging. It's a marketing strategy that's accessible to almost anyone, regardless of budget.
