The first work-related thing for me is to make my personal daily scrum. Well its not exactly a scrum, more like a personal tracker but somewhat with a scrum twist!

The first thing I do is take a look at the analytics of all the products. Search console, GA, play store console, stripe dashboard, etc.

@heffendi I do something similar. A personal to do task list with hourly breakdown. So I can also keep track on the time. I just use a notebook to do this. Do you use any digital apps?

I usually check new notifications.

When some problem is bugging me so I can't fall asleep, I dive into the work right away after I get up. I even forget to eat 😅.
