As I have worked on both, in my opinion, Upwork is much better than Fiverr, because on Fiverr it is very difficult to get work that pays you according to the work you do.

I never tried Fiverr actually, because Upwork was enough to find clients when I was freelancing, especially if you are targeting corporate clients, there are lots of them on Upwork.
