Focus entirely on hiring the best person possible for managing each of the communities and let them figure it out to the best of their abilities.

As a B2B company, we do not intend to be involved in social media platforms that appeal to customers, such as Instagram and TikTok.
Instead, we want to take part in platforms where we can communicate with companies and employees and interact with them.
