When clients request changes or additional features/services outside of the agreed scope of work, how do you describe this?
What pain does it cause you?
How do you manage it?

I wasn't familiar with it.
But when I had to work with clients I tried to be quite strict on what was the scope, when they requested new things I tried always to explain that it would require some extra money.
