Definitely a morning person after kiddo is born.
I have shifted from night person to a morning person and since then I can see the great effects (more concentration, better productivity and faster turnaround).
There's nothing like a fresh brain. No matter how much you try to empower black coffee and night curiosity - you cannot defy your biology - that's the result of millions of years of evolution.

Depends on the Schedule and priority of the pending work. Though being in India, a night owl favors more (as most of your proposed customers would be working at that time).
BTW, I am launching my first product today at 12:01 AM PST. Would love it if you can have a look at that.
It depends on part of the year, during winter I am night owl, but during summer I am morning person. - is it weird?
The preferred schedule for completing pending work depends on its priority. However, during long weekends, night owls tend to work more.
