Don't interact with spam and report it. It is not unspoken, quite the opposite, but it should be more spread.

I'm interested in seeing if anyone has anything interesting to say about this! It's a good question.
There is no strict rule in particular, just be nice to everyone in the community. Product Hunt is really just a good place to promote your product and a place to find a product suitable for you.
