    It becomes quite difficult to keep track of everything when there are multiple contracts, annual, semi-annual, and monthly. When we were small and using only around 20 SaaS apps, we relied heavily on spreadsheets and it worked alright at the time, but now when we are using more than 100+ SaaS apps, spreadsheets just won't do it. That's why we use Admina, a SaaS Management Platform, to help us with it. It helped us gain visibility into all our SaaS subscriptions, track contracts, and manage costs efficiently.     I think when you're building a new product you need to be comfortable using multiple different SaaS products to determine what works best for your stack. Once we have our full build I will create a spreadsheet with all of the platforms and their costs to be able to track those. Maybe when we're really up and running I will get it in an automated dashboard!
