Any CX thought leader (or someone who wants to share their story)

I wanted to share with you all about a newsletter called CX redefined (https://cxredefined.substack.com/) that I run. As I am looking to introduce podcasts to the newsletter, I am on the hunt for thought leaders who can share their stories and insights on how to retain users and drive excellence in customer experience. If any of you are willing to share your story and learning, we would love to have you as a speaker. Rest assured, we will give you extensive PR coverage across all our business and personal social media channels.
