What did you learn from launching that you would pass along to other founders?

I haven't launched any product of my own, yet.
But having helped 50+ brands and business launch over the years, I think the biggest (and often most underrated) factor is getting early feedback from your (paying) customers and build internal processes to facilitate the real-time information sharing and agility.

I learned so much! Product Hunt is a great community and its very important to be engaged. Also if you can, include a video from your founders. It helps others grab a sense of who you are and your commitment to the product.
I have not experienced this, but I believe it is important to interact and reach out to explain the value the product adds
Keep the conversations going! I love interacting with other founders, makers and more and learning about their values and new products. I feel like it helps strengthen the PH community as a whole, too.
It's very important to interact with people at PH before launch and do it realistically. This process needs constant monitoring and updating, although it may seem easy, it requires a lot of creativity and discipline.
@arda_finsmart Could you expand on this point a little? Do you remember certain faces on PH?
