Hey Busra, I think AI has already changed the workforce and will continue to do so. :) Definitely, it won't replace all jobs. While some tasks can be automated, human creativity, empathy, and critical thinking will still be needed in some areas, especially niche topics. For example, while AI-powered tools can assist in tasks such as proofreading and generating basic content, they are not capable of producing creative writing that engages and resonates with human emotions. This is where the unique skills of human writers come into play, who can express complex ideas or personal experiences in a way that AI cannot. In fact, one of the key areas where AI is making an impact is automation. Many jobs that involve repetitive tasks, such as data entry or assembly line work, can be automated using AI. It's important to note that while AI can automate certain tasks, it cannot replace the entire job. As we all know, AI also requires a lot of data, correct prompts and human input to function properly. So this creates demand for workforces who specialize in AI monitoring and maintenance in different sectors.
