Are you planning to 'cross the chasm'?

I am currently fascinated by Geoffrey Moore's book Crossing the Chasm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossing_the_Chasm) I would love to discuss with others planning on crossing the chasm. If you have not read it yet, the basic idea is that you need a strategy for making the leap (over the chasm) from early adopters (tech enthusiast and visionaries) to the early majority of users. The chasm exists because the early majority largely need good references and want to see track record where as the the tech enthusiasts just love experimenting and can forgive shortcomings. That is a massively over simplified summary that I am sure Moore wouldn't be happy about but it gives a general gist. I am formulating a plan for our product, although we're not quite at the precipis yet. Just keen to chat this over with some fellow founders. Of course, if you have already crossed the chasm can you share how you did it? Thanks! Richard
