What tools would you like built to help you develop your software product

This question can be answered differently depending on whether you're a developer or non developer. When responding, please indicate which one you are. For developers: You find yourself repeating certain tasks every day and are probably carrying it out manually and it appears to be time consuming. Maybe you do have a tool but it's not the best. What kinds of tasks are you performing regularly that you wish you had a better tool for? For non developers: You aren't concerned about what really goes on under the hood of a product. For you, it's like a black box. You know what it does and what it should do. Yet you find yourself with challenging issues that prevent the app from being built on time, within budget and with as few bugs as possible. Please let us know what these issues are and what, if any, tools you wish existed to help overcome these issues.
